We offer worldwide shipping from the UK.
All orders are shipped on a tracked service, and tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

UK

  • £3.50 (Free shipping on orders £50 and over)

  • Estimated 3–5 working days.

Europe

  • £12 (Free shipping on orders £150 and over)

  • Estimated 7–10 working days.

Rest of World

  • £22 (Free shipping on orders £180 and over)

  • Estimated 10–12 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs or postal delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are out of our control and vary depending on your country's regulations.

Returns

We hope you love your Seresa piece, but if you’d like to make a return, please contact hello@seresastore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a fully tracked service, as Seresa is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The Heirloom Box: Due to the surprise nature of the items, this product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • We inspect all items upon return. For hygiene reasons, earrings will only be accepted if they are unworn and in their original condition. Items deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded.
